“I have been a student of Sifu Yeung since 1996. I now work as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital. Over time, I have experienced many benefits from being a student of Sifu. If we rely solely on ourselves as our own role model, then how can we get ourselves out of a lifetime of habitual tendency? Following Sifu's instructions makes life a lot easier because Sifu understands what is happening and has the wisdom to bring harmony to the situation rather than resorting to control. In Sifu I found an authentic spiritual master who has supported both myself and others onto something better, worthwhile and satisfactory.”
