In the Sutra of the Heart Essence of the Great Perfection of Wisdom, the Mahabodhisattva the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara explained to Shariputra that “Form is Emptiness, Emptiness is Form” and that “Form is no different from Emptiness and Emptiness is no different from Form”. Likewise the true essence of Martial Art in the Buddhist tradition is not separate from that of Dharma, and Dharma being the source of all phenomena brings forth the manifestation of Martial Art in all of its diversity.

It is in this spirit that we offer this selection of film clips to our fellow Dharma practitioners everywhere.
